Why can't they shutdown saveetha University ( simats)

Educational_info: okay this is something i wanted to talk in general regarding colleges ,there are several bad college in Chennai, and among those colleges is my college, saveetha school of engineering. For some magical reason,no one, literally no one has anything good to say about this college,all seniors tell the freshers that you're gone fr ,why did you choose this college,you should have joined some other colleges and even on internet there is nothing good about my college but still i joined this college 😂( because I wanted to punish myself for getting less marks in boards) even chatgpt fails to give any positive reviews about this college.

So getting to the main point ,is there any provision in India where they can shutdown such private institute? I know this is hypothetical but still I'm just curious
