Convince me not to unblock my ex

It’s been 5 months since we broke up. We live an hour away currently and have no mutual friends. It’s been no contact, the only checking up on her I do is see if her total number of posts on instagram have gone up. Yes, I know it’s ridiculous that I’ve managed to go completely no contact yet periodically check to see if a number has gone up on a profile of hers I no longer follow. But it’s the last tiny, little piece of her I have left in my life and it’s hard to give it up because then there’s nothing left.

Issue is I’m trying to convince myself not to unblock her. I don’t even think I’d reach out, I just can’t stand the fact that she’s totally disappeared from my life. In the end though, I know this probably wouldn’t do me any good. Anyone got experiences like mine?
