Fit check - Arizona 43N

Hi, was looking for some sizing advice please . I recently picked these up in size 43 Narrow. These are still quite new and feel good. I have 43 regular too in other Arizonas but find the regular in Arizona to be a bit wide for my feet once they have broken in. I think the Narrow width is good and was considering another pair in suede but not sure if I should size up to 44 Narrow. Suede I guess would get loos t shirt quicker too. Any thoughts or advice ?
