Suggestions for decreasing sugar cravings and sugar consumption
Hello everyone!
I have been struggling with sugar cravings for a few months now. I’m wondering what I can do to decrease my sugar consumption and sugar cravings. I know a lot of this is connected to stress and emotional eating. My diet in general is very unhealthy, especially lately. I usually workout 5-6 times per week (resistance training and incline treadmill walking). For the past 3 months, my motivation has decreased, and my anxiety, depression, and OCD symptoms have increased. Sometimes the sugar cravings are extremely strong, and I feel like I am eating a lot of sugar every day.
Any suggestions?
