My problem with Out Of The Ink Machine

Out of the Ink Machine sets up a neat idea that being a alternate reality were things in the world of bendy played out differently and puts audio logs in the game along with teasing new story ideas and the 2017prototype also sets up some cool lore for OOTIM but... now that we know there wont be any future chapters it seems like they baited us with lore only for a 1 chapter quick-scare
