Can I get a mal?

I'm picking a breed of dog to get. Currently narrowed the pick between a mal, GSD and doberman.

To keep it as short and sweet as possible, here's what I provide:

2-4 hours of active (outdoor) time spent with the dog a day, doing physical and mental exercising along with passive time spent together when I'm off work, with training intervals of 5-10 min in my free time, I quite enjoy heelwork while making coffee. I plan on doing dog sports and training for protection. However, I have a normal, full-time job, and a lot of people make it seem like you can't have both that and a dog. I love training; I plan on doing it for the dog's entire life and will use the help of a professional. I do my best to include my dog in daily life outside of work. I love being accompanied everywhere by a velcro.

I know they're mouthy and intense, I know they have a difficult time relaxing and need to be actively taught that. I love their energy, intelligence, biddabilty and handler focus; these are not minuses to me. I'm a somewhat experienced dog owner with a lot of knowledge from research, experience, training support groups, and working with professionals.

So, am I up to the task? Is it a good fit? Or is it not enough, and why?
