So confused. Need smooth, crisp , cool sheets

I’ve read through so many posts here in this sub. But feel conflicted. I’m looking for super smooth, crisp, cool feeling sheets. Ones that never pill, deep pockets. Super smooth, is that percale or sateen? Cool feeling, is that percale? I am not a fan of bamboo, they do t stay smooth and crisp to me. They kinda get « baggy » feeling after a couple days on the bed.
