Need help reviving a clan/NPC from the clan/adding an NPC to a clan

So I’m using Banner Kings with BKCE and part of the game is cultural advancement. The Nahawasi culture is stuck because the Banu Hulyan is completely wiped out (My doing, don’t ask).

Anyways the context isn’t really important, all I need to do is revive the clan and hopefully the game will work again. I can think of three ways: reviving a dead person from the clan, reviving the whole clan or adding an existing NPC to another clan through some kind of mod or exploit.

Any ideas?

Edit: tried character manager already and it won’t let me edit dead heroes because there’s no object to target
