Genuinely worried about cops

So about 2 days ago i had sent a nsfw video of a fictional character from a video game to my friend that ended up being underage this was flagged by discord and the video was swiftly deleted and i was banned rightfully so.

Now i am currently sweating bullets as i really don't want to be arrested i can't get it off my mind and i don't want to tell my parents for obvious reasons. I'm genuinely scared and paranoid about this and just want to try and get some peace of mind
