Bailey's Merch from moment.co event
Hey guys,
I joined Bailey’s event on Moment.co back in October, purchasing both the Live event ticket & After Party access. I also bought her merch directly through the Moment.co site (it was right next to the ticket option, so I added it).
I was really patient, but when February rolled around, I decided to reach out. That’s when the frustrating back-and-forth began:
- Moment.co told me Bailey’s team was handling the dispatch.
- Bailey’s team said, "Not us, it’s Moment.co."
- Moment.co then said, "We’ll check with MMM for tracking."
- MMM team went, "Nope, not us either."
- Back to Moment.co, who never gave me a tracking number but eventually claimed, "It’s lost in transit."
Now they’re offering a refund, but I don’t want my money back—I want my Bailey merch! 😭
It’s honestly so frustrating, especially for fans outside the U.S. It feels unfair that we have to go through all this just to get what we paid for.
Is anyone else dealing with the same thing?
