Is my 3 week old bantam growing too slowly?

It was such a little thing when I first got it, and it's definitely grown a bit, but it's the smallest and feathering much slower than the others (even compared to the other bantams).

My absolute sweetest chick. First to scurry over and hop into my hand for cuddles. I love it so much. Are we thinking roo?? Shortest wings and tail of all of them! My little button 🥹

First pic is from few days old and the rest are from today. It's 3 weeks old.
