Need help

I'm planning to join bmsce this year as my mains was no good and it's my drop year too. So there are management seat also here which is costing us 30 lakhs for whole btech. We need to book in a month as the rate goes high till the admission phase comes. The guy who does this is known and have done many admissions of my relatives so no scam possible. I wanted to ask is the college worth this much if i maintain cgpa and all?
