Somehow, I can still twin Chain lightning with Markoheshkir (bugs?)

Like normal, we aren't able to twin chain lightning with our normal spell slots or scrolls anymore after Larian patched. Maybe this is a bug. I don't really know. I didn't install any mod that specifically around this spell. I already checked other mods too. None of them should make this possible(?). I'm still confused. Feel free to ask any questions or concerns.
