Austin HS Track Hours?

I’ve heard this track is open to the public outside of the school’s use hours. Anyone know what hours are a good rule of thumb for this schedule? And are the weekends typically free game?

Outside of that - is it usually pretty crowded with non-HS runners? I imagine so due to location.
