Visitor visa concerns (subclass 600) (Tourist) - Brazilian

Hey guys!

For background: my girlfriend is australian and I'm brazilian, she is living is Brazil with me for a little over 1 year. we are organizing a trip to Australia and we intend to stay for about 2 months, but I'm worried about my visa being granted.

At first, I intend to attach the following documents to prove that I have links with Brazil:

  1. Employment contract. I've been working in a marketing agency for almost a year and, as a requirement, I have to go to the office sometimes.
  2. A letter from my boss stating that she is aware of my trip and describing my obligation to return to Brazil.
  3. My rental contract, which is for 18 months
  4. Invitation letter from my girlfriend's mother, in which she describes that I won't be spending any money on accommodation etc.
  5. Bank account with 5k USD or maybe more (I'm worried about this too, because my girlfriend will be transferring this money to me and I'm afraid this will cause issues. I intend to transfer this money from one personal savings account to another so it looks like mine, to use in the application. What do you think?)
  6. An active employee declaration on behalf of my company

Another point that worries me is that my passport is recent and I've never traveled internationally before.

I would like to know what Australia's track record is in granting visas to South Americans, especially Brazilians. Is it relevant to mention that my girlfriend has a permanent visa in Brazil and that we are in a stable union, to prove that we have no reason to stay in Australia?

Thank you to anyone who can help me and I'm open to suggestions of documents I can attach to make my application stronger! ☺️
