Missing transactions

Missing transactions.

On the 16th January I ordered a replacement airpod online from Apple. On the 14th Feb I called because there’d been no update on the case.

On the phone, I was told they hadn’t received the payment. I was very confused and checked my online banking, and was shocked the payment wasn’t there.

The man on the phone was very helpful and put the claim through again and I paid, again. I used a link sent through email. The link is still there. The man on the phone said it all worked, will be sent within a few days.

Again, heard nothing. Just got an email that they’ve cancelled my order. Just checked my online banking and the transaction isn’t there again! What is happening?? How do I know if the money has actually been taken if the transaction has disappeared again.

I used Apple Pay for both transactions. Could this be an Apple Pay glitch? Thanks for any help. The money was meant to come from my ANZ account.
