Why did this man unadd me?

So I (20F) matched with this guy, Sam (19M), on a hookup app (hook up dating) and we both expressed that we were interested in phone sex so we agreed to call when he got off of work (about 2 hours after we matched). He texted me casually and slightly suggestively throught the rest of his shift, then we called.

We both made it clear to each other that we appreciated good “bedside ettiquite”, aka casual conversation beforehand and aftercare and conversation afterwards. We talked for half an hour about life and our interests and past sexual experiences. I am more sexually experienced than he is and very experienced with toys, and he told me he was excited to learn from me.

We then got sexual. I’ll spare you the details, but we both sent photos and videos and he was very vocal and praised me and my body and made requests of things he would like to see, and I obliged. I asked the same from him and he reciprocated. We finished at the same time, and then i orgasmed again a minute or two later.

We then talked for a while, and he told me that he felt we clicked very well and that he didn’t normally have such a positive experience with phone sex. He expressed interest to do it again, and i agreed. I asked if he would like to make this a “e-fwb” situation and he said yes, and I asked if that meant friendship as well and he said definitely. We talked about our interests and made plans to play roblox again the next day.

I cleaned myself and my toys up, and laid down for a while. I then got up and checked snap, and saw that he unadded me. I accidentally unadd people all the time so I thought nothing of it. I texted him on his number: “Hey! I noticed you unadded me on snap, would you prefer I did not contact you in the future?” And it did not get delivered. Maybe his phone was dead? I checked the hookup app and he unadded me.

I feel like we had a great time and he was very vocal about his attraction to my body and how he felt we clicked and he wanted to do stuff with me again. What did i do wrong? I am very confused and hurt.
