Girls who got cheated on, how did you move on?

I'm 22 (F) & I found out today that my guy cheated on me. My heart aches like hell. I know this isn’t the end of the world but the pain is unbearable. Ofc, I’ve cut all contact & I never want him back but the real question is how does one even forget this and move on? How do you deal with the feeling that you gave your all yet he still needed someone else? How do you not let this make you insecureee? And were you ever able to trust another guy after going through this? I'm not even able to process this incident and oh god this shit hurts sm
