Low sensation in my penis, struggle to ejaculate during sex.

I'm a 17-year-old male. I can barely feel anything in my penis during sex, and I've never climaxed in bed. I also struggle to get hard, though I'm unsure if it's connected. This is a massive problem in my life, and any help would mean a lot!
