Which T20s are relatively conventional vs quirky with admissions?

Ex. I've heard UChicago really cares about the quirky applicants, their admissions aren't rly conventional (low gpa/sat kids get in more). Whereas I've heard that for Cornell, u have a strong shot with high stats and great ECs (more conventional admissions). Any other examples for other T20?
