Does anyone else get muscle soreness when iron levels are higher?
When my iron levels are higher, I have the energy to be more physically active, which for me is pretty much just climbing a few flights of stairs every day. I find it's just way easier to do when I've got iron in my blood. But this is also accompanied with muscle soreness. I think it's because I can work my muscles harder, and they need to heal to keep up. Does anyone else get this?
