Americano comes to Italy (?)

Hey, my boyfriend would like to move to Italy this year in November. He’s American but currently studying in Germany, so he has a student visa to live there. His plan would be to come here November 2024-March 2025, and then leave. What do you suggest he can do? I thought he could try to get a seasonal job, but idk what kind of job in Italy doesn’t require a minimum of Italian knowledge. We’re open for suggestions!
