Amazon account suspended for “inactivity” or “invalid charge method”

My Amazon account was suspended for either "inactivity" or "invalid charge method." I have made listings, and edited the bullet points to them just days before my account was suspended. The charge method on file I had worked as recently as 2 weeks ago when I was charged around $4,000. I have called my bank and they said there is no blocks or holds on the card, everything is fine. However, I still have not made any sales yet.

Amazon is now sending me emails threatening "auto removal" of my inventory if I don't solve this problem soon. I have tried to add my business credit card(never used this with Amazon before) and it was denied.

I have had the seller central account since January 2024. 6 months later, 8 months later, 10 months later and now on January 18th, 2025, I was given a similar message along the lines of "account suspended due to inactivity or invalid charge method."

Looking for help solving this problem, as it must be a mistake. My cards have always worked fine when being charged by Amazon, and other than making no sales, my account is active.

My inventory has only been in the Amazon warehouses for less than a month, the past 11 months I was working on dropping a private label product and watching videos on seller central.

FWIW I’ve been furnishing and remodeling a place I plan to Airbnb in Houston(I live in Florida) and my lease in Florida ends on the 31st of this month.

I’ve ordered a new debit card but I don’t think this will help since seller central rejected my business credit card.

Wtf should I do? $40k of inventory at risk
