4:3 vs Alternate Day Fasting
Hey everyone! I started fasting today and made it through fairly well with just Coffee and Water.
I started off because I saw a 4:3 Diet plan which is pretty much a fast Monday Wednesday Friday.
Does anyone know if 4:3 works well? Or is every other day vastly superior?
Eating on Weekends sounds more convenient and enjoyable but if there's a drastic difference I'll avoid it.
Anyone have an experience with both?
