That's how a seller scammed me with Aliexpress support

I will provide images of each step: On August 24th, I placed an order on AliExpress for a Trimui Smart Pro.

When I purchased the order, I did so because the website stated that it would be shipped from my own country, Spain, but this was not the case:

But when I received the tracking number, I was able to confirm that it was not real; the package was coming from China, which delayed the delivery by several days. This is important to understand what happened in the end.

The package arrived at the logistics center of the company 4PX, located at Av. La Veguilla, 10, 19171 Cabanillas del Campo, Guadalajara (Spain), and from there they proceeded to send it to me through the company Eco Scotting, which arrived several days later, on September 6th.

When the order arrived, I checked that its performance was not as expected; it would overheat with minimal use, and the games would freeze. I decided to request a refund. They asked for proof, which I provided, and they approved it. They told me that I had to pay for the shipping of the package, which was €7 (with an invoice), which I did, and I sent it to the address provided by AliExpress. I’m including the address (this is important for understanding).

The package was picked up on the 20th and delivered on the 24th to the address provided by AliExpress, which was the same address from where the package came, the 4PX logistics center in Spain.

After three days of my logistics company sending the package back and AliExpress not updating the order status, I contacted them and explained that the package had already arrived. From here, the nightmare begins. They told me that my order would not be refunded because the seller provided a video showing the box being opened and the product being empty. I was left stunned and told them that this was not possible. I attached images of two videos: one would be an image of the product shown in their false video, and the other would be an image from a video I recorded while I was packaging the product before sending it.
In this picture it is clear that what he shows and what I sent are two different products. I sent a trimui Smart Pro and the seller shows a box of an Anbernix RG40XX H.

At this point, disputes, appeals, calls, and endless communications with AliExpress began, along with the frustration of seeing that no matter what evidence I provided, AliExpress completely ignored my proofs. The seller submitted only one video, while I provided: a video of the packaging, the shipping payment invoice, and the collection receipt. I showed them that the products he presented and what I sent were different. And the only thing I received from AliExpress was one rejection after another, most of them saying: 'We have reviewed your evidence and it is not sufficient.' I’m sorry, AliExpress team, but I couldn’t attach a GoPro to the package along the way, but there’s more.

My surprise came when I called the logistics company 4PX to confirm that the correct item had arrived. They proceeded to check, and without me mentioning the product name, they told me, even its color. They confirmed that it had arrived at the location but that they didn’t have the seller's number, so the package was there (in Spain) and wouldn’t be leaving because they didn’t know to whom it belonged.

This only proves once again that the video is fake because the package never returned and will never return to China, as it was not the address provided by AliExpress. It was easier for the seller to provide a fake video three days after the package arrived in Spain, as there wouldn’t have been enough physical time for it to reach China. This way, he could save on the return from Spain to China, hoping to avoid refunding me and forgetting about the package.

And that’s how, after numerous disputes and negative responses, I proceeded to publish it on Reddit, to advise anyone reading this not to trust AliExpress lightly, that their guarantee is, at the very least, questionable, and that neither I nor anyone in my circle who knows my story will ever buy from that platform.
