Fan Speed Spike in Dragon's Dogma 2 after I upgraded from GTX 1080 to RX 7090

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 GAMING OC 16GB
Motherboard: ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING

Both the GPU and CPU fans randomly spike every so often while playing only Dragon's Dogma. Its every few minutes, and lasts about 10 seconds. I know this game is known for performance issues, but this was not the case for me when I had the previous GPU. Its even worse in the menus which show the player 3D models, where my PC starts sounding like a leafblower and I Alt+F4 as soon as I can.

I checked HWMonitor and Task Manager for any temperature/performance spike, but no noticeable changes. I also triple checked the drivers (as of writing, AMD Adrenalin says 25.3.1 is the most up to date) because Windows update was clashing initially.

Anything else I can do to check what the source of the problem is?

EDIT: Forgot to mention I also double checked the fan curves in BIOS. They were at default settings but even switching to the silent profile didn't change anything.

UPDATE: I wasn't having issues with other games until I loaded Tekken 8 and the fan issue resumed. I thought it was just Dragon's Dogma. Turns out there was another program, Gigabyte Control Center, which had set its own fan curve profile that overwrote everything else. Adjusting this fixed the issue.
