AITA?

My (29F) friend (28F) has been staying in my apartment for free. I pay for our rent, utilities, internet, and most of our food. I also got her new clothes and drive her places. I told her I was fine with it until she got a job because it meant someone would be at the apartment to take care of my dog (2M) while he is going through heartworm treatment and I am at work. She agreed to help me with the dog. Last night she informed me via text (at 1:00 AM) that she would be staying elsewhere for an undetermined number of days. I discovered her absence in the morning. This meant I didn't have time to get someone else to take care of the dog and was late for my job while I figured out what to do with him. She's done this 3 times now. She's now acting like I'm just against her hanging out with her friends but I told her that it wasn't fair that I had to shoulder all the finances AND responsibilities around our apartment while she can just disappear whenever she wants and leave the dog at home. Am I the asshole for being mad right now and considering evicting her?
