F2P Character Focus

Here’s all the characters I’m working with. I was doing what any F2P would do and focusing on getting everyone S+, but with the recent changes should I be focusing on Paragon for anybody?

Also, with my Pesto now being Supreme, should I get him S+ or focus on a different Hypo/Celest?
