How can I make the folders inside the /3ds directory not appear in homebrew launcher?

When I open un homebrew launcher, all I see are these folders, and to reach my apps I have to scroll all the way down. Is there a way to hide some or all of these folders?

The settings icon never worked for me, it just scrolled upwards and pointed to the home button
