printer finally stabilized after upgrading my ender 3's board to skr mini e3 v1.2

after upgrading my ender 3's board to skr mini e3 v1.2 i had some crazy anomalies.

after a few days of hard work i'm pleased to say that i can trust my printer again.

wanted to thank the community for all the help and support.

these are the steps that i did in order to make it operational again, not sure which actually did the fix, maybe a combination of few

using clean marlin v2 FW with STM32F103RC_bigtree env in platformIO.ini
copied config files from .\Marlin-2.0.x\config\examples\BigTreeTech\SKR Mini E3 1.2 to root Marlin directory.
PID nozzle tuning.
PID bed tunning.
Esteps tuning.
disabling octopi usb power.
tightening printer's screws and belts.
untouched default V refs
