Truck accident

My trucks steering/ suspension component snapped while driving home and because of that jumped a divider. Airbags deployed.

Do you think it’s worth fixing? Don’t have allot of money but I’m heart broken and kind of in shock and have a lot of anxiety since the accident. Airbags burned my arm.
